Hi i m planning to buy this machine for my cafe ..i jst want to ask you that we have to stop this machine manually or we get the option of 30 ml or 60 ml espresso.. or do we get different mesh for 30 ml and 60 ml or anyother option i dont know about.. and will it be a good option for my cafe or should i buy anyother machine?
@@chiragarora1984 you have to stop it manually. You have to calculate your shot. The default portafilter basket can hold upto 15 grams of coffee. This machine is not meant for cafes, it is meant for home use where you use it occasionally. Even for home use it is still a very basic and cheap machine which gives you inconsistent coffee.
Quick question, what is the size of the portafilter on this machine? Also could you please share the link of the bottomless portafilter that you use.

@avikchatterjee007 one last question, I believe you're using the Agaro hand grinder. What is the setting (number) that you have it on?
@@TathagataGoswami I upgraded to a Timemore C3 a month after using the Agaro Grinder. Now I have a Baratza Encore as well.

Hi! I am using the same machine but i always get wet puck. I am using coffee beans and then grinding them in mixer to be super fine. On the other hand if I am using instant coffee there is no residue. Can you suggest some improvements in process of making coffee using coffee beans?
Mixer grinding coffee would give you terrible results. You need to buy a hand grinder which can grind fine and be consistent enough for espresso. Also please use fresh beans. Buy coffee which clearly has the roast date mentioned.
Please learn difference between instant vs espresso.

I've been using this machine for a while now I usually press the steam button to get the machine up to the temp., I think getting the temp right in between the coffee icon and 80 works the best for my shot. The dosage is around 14 gms
When it initially heats up and stops (you can hear the thermostat coming on and off), just press the coffee button for 2-3 seconds and let some of the water out. This heats up the shower as well as turns the thermostat on again. You'll see this time the temperature gauge will go further. I use the same trick for getting better steaming.
How is this machine how long have you been using it
It's been alright. The pressure has been inconsistent as you'd expect from a cheap machine like this. But the coffee comes out decently
But no creama on coffee shot
Yes this was my initial attenpts at making espresso. Things have vastly improved now.
